40-minute pain-free walk! This helped me walk again 10 years ago, when my pain was unbearable. Then I forgot about it because my pain completely disappeared. It helps This hasn't fixed my knee issue, but it's the only thing that has helped besides meds. I've gone through PT multiple times.
