Full of Bone/Cartilage I ordered 1lb of this. It was full of large, hard, inedible chunks of cartilage or bone. It was disgusting.
Not the usual quality For some reason, the last couple of packages of this have been on the fattier side, with more gristle than the others (85/15) I've purchased in the past. To me, it was more like 80/20, which we generally don't like/use. I could get over that part, it was the gristle that's been pretty bad. When you bit into tiny, hard pieces it's a huge turn off.
Great quality Great flavor, perfect texture for hamburgers. Always good quality- almost as good as straight from the farmer.
