The perfect small utility saucepan ... I have purchased this pan a few times over the years. I use it constantly and sometimes forget when I leave it on the stove boiling water and walk away. Yes, I have warped more than one of these saucepans over the years. If you leave it boiling water on the highest heat setting for a few hours the water will eventually evaporate the pan will turn light blue and warp. : )PROS:- The small size makes it very convenient to prepare a couple of servings or just to boil water for a cup of tea.- The

Best sauce pan I ever had! I use sauce pans to boil milk or make tea with milk besides other use. Every 3 or so months I have to replace sauce pans due to burning while boiling milk or reheating liquids. This Cuisinart sauce pan is the best I ever had! It is sturdy with heavy bottom. It hold temperature for awhile as well. I ordered a second pan since price was really a bargain for such good quality.

very good pot. I'm sold on Steel now. This is the perfect size for what I needed. Basically hot dogs, stuffing, etc. I bought it to replace an older aluminum pot that I ruined, but I found I really like this pot. It's easy to clean, the handle doesn't get hot while cooking in it. The lid handle gets hot but not too badly. The handle gets hot but I can pick it up even when boiling water, without using an oven mitt, if I'm quick. I just ordered a steel pan but I should have looked at quisinart brand pans first.
