Item as described and arrived quickly. If one didn't read the description you wouldn't even notice it was a refurb unit it was in that good of shape. Bought New, Came New, and works better than advertised. I am happy with this unit. On this purchases from the seller, it was shipped with OnTrac. I really like this company and i had never heard of them before. I had another item from this seller shipped using FedEx. I am not happy with FedEx, they said it needed a signature which meant i had to stay home, was coming between 10a-2p, then it changed to 1-3pm, then 3 till later in the day. It came around 6pm and dropped without signature.

There was an issue with a unit I got, they immediately got back to me, had a label to me, and I had the replacement in just a few days. The sale price was a value as a special holiday markdown was applied. All of the items in the box looked new. The item appears to work as advertised.
The product arrived in a timely manner and matched the description. I've used it consistently for small loads (ventilation, lights, and phone charging) for a few weeks now and haven't noticed any performance issues. DC output may whine under certain loads like LED strips.

Product arrived on time and shipped great (packed really well). Power station looked new and did not appear to have any scratches or scuffs. Powered it on and charged it up. No issues. Haven't used it much but so far has no issues powering my devices. Excited to use this in my car and when I'm not near an outlet outside the house.
It’s the real thing. Doesn’t seem like it’s refurbished but it was a great price and has a five year warranty thingy. We are using it to power a ventilation fan for a cross country rv trip. It will power our 80 watt fan for nine hours ish which is perfect for our needs. Can charge while we drive in a solar way or our 12v running vehicle. It looks very clean. Arrived at 30% power and was 100 in 45 minutes. First of their product line and 750wh for under 300$ is good value good appearance
Ended up returning since I bought it too hastily and was able to fix my UPS and I no longer had the need for it. Will definitely be looking at another EcoFlow unit in the future once my home UPS dies. Seems like an excellent product over the few weeks I had it. Lots of features and can replace a traditional UPS.
Rating this on my first week of use. Purchased to provide backup for work from home during power outage. Got its first test today and this little battery saved my bacon! Kept me working with zero downtime - router plus laptop. Love that I can monitor usage on the app. After 4 hours of use, when our power was restored it recharged to 100% within 15 minutes.
This is my 5th purchase of Certified Refurbished Power Stations from the EcoFlow Store, and every one of them has performed flawlessly. They are an excellent value, and appear to be in like new condition, not a scratch or scuff on them. I actually prefer to purchase the Refurbished items from this seller, because I know they have been checked out, and I know everything works correctly out of the box!
I purchased Ecoflow River 2, 768Wh. The item is operational , everything works, no schetches, it is like new. My only complain is the battery. Fully charched and discharged 3 times, I got 640w/h. The page says restored to factory settings, I don't thing so.
