Too much of a "good thing" IS NOT GOOD. Great supplement when or if you need a K2-D3 (vitamin K2 & vitamin D3) vitamin.Kerp in mind I had to switch products that offered a vitamin supplement that ONLY HAD K1, K2 & K3 (yes there are actually 3 types of K Vitamins out there in one geltab). Because my multi-vitamin had vitamin D3 in it already. Taking too much of the D3 supplement, since it is NOT a vitamin that quickly digests throughout the body like vitamin C within a day's time.
Tiny capsules Easy to swallow and only need one a a time. Very small capsules. No taste or odor. Have bought it again

Works really well I gave hashimotos and live in Pittsburgh so - well - no sun. Taken everyday, I definitely notice a difference in my mood and energy.
