Great Vitamin Excellent Vitamin for "older" Women. This is the first vitamin I have found that I actually take daily and I believe it is helpful to my health.
Good multis but These are very good. I feel more energetic. However, they are just too large for me to swallow. Breaking them in halves or fourths don’t work for me. The sharp edges are hard to get down. I have to cut them into sixths and still be cautious about sharp edges. I’ll wait and see if I get tired of the extra work and worry. I’m going to start looking for something comparable in a capsule just in case. Too bad.
