Fantastic - highly underrated I absolutely love New Super Mario Bros. 2! There are so many hidden blocks and secrets - more than I can ever remember in a Mario game! The developers had a lot of fun with this one. Just thinking of getting one million coins is fun - it doesn't matter if there is a reward at the end, it just feels like a huge accomplishment - more than even completing the game! The only complaint I would have is that I miss the co-op star duel from the first game. My brother and I had a lot of fun for many h
Everything I Thought It Would Be A lengthy, in-depth review might be justifiable were the reader completely unaware of both the classic side-scrolling Super Mario Bros. series and the contemporary New Super Mario Bros. titles. However, I doubt that many people like that both exist AND will happen upon my review in search of enlightenment concerning the goings on in the long established Mushroom Kingdom. Basically, NSMB2 is similar to the prior two New Super Mario Bros. titles; save for the game-specific arsenal of power-ups,

It's actually better than the first one It's actually better than the first one. You get more abilities like the leaf, which lets you fly, gold flowers which is better than the flower, and adds gold coins to your counter, and the gold lwaf, which allows you to fly without having to run as far as witb the regular leaf.Number two, the Star Coins are much easier to find for the most part. Every now and then I might have to watch a video walkthrough on youtube for a secret exit or a Star Coin, but they are usually easy to get.I'm a guy th
Much of the same game, except with new areas to play in. I needed a good platformer to play. I was hoping this would sate my appetite. Sadly, it's not much different from New Super Mario Bros. or New Super Mario Bros. Wii. The game brings back all the same mechanics from the previous versions, including Super Mushrooms and Mini Mushrooms, but made a few changes to the game. They took out Yoshi and added a very familiar item from Mario Bros 3: the Raccoon Feather! They also added a few new items: the White Raccoon Feather, the Gold Mushroom, and the Go
This Was A Gold Rush!...Get It? (I know, I am not funny....) Note: This is actually my first written game review ever so it might not be the best. But, overtime I should get better with the help of you guys. Before I get into this review, I will first like to point out that despite the name of the game, it is actually not the second one in the series. Let me explain: This is actually a direct sequel to New Super Mario Bros., released in 2006 for the Nintendo DS and is the third New Super Mario Bros. side-scroller, the second one being New Super Mario Bros.
A little repetative but.. You can't except much from the mario game that the mario thing existed sense 1985. Still overall fun too play with, the leaf as everybody knows is from mario 3(NES) but it appears on this recent game as well.Still its a great game, I'm not soo good at telling about reviews but what the hell. And the game isnt as much challaging as the old mario wii game because after you get killed so many times the white leaf appears and allows you too walk pass the level. If you want *NEW LEVELS* and sick of sa
Plumber Rush There is no question that when it has came down to the Super Mario Brothers games, they have definitely delivered every single time. Since 1985 when the original Super Mario Brothers debuted, gamers have gone wild for Mario & Luigi unlike any other game in the arcades and at home with the original NES. But with so many games and systems going and trying to do what Nintendo had done, Nintendo hadn't lost its edge. With the Nintendo 3DS, they delivered brilliantly last year with Super Mario 3D Lan
