Useful data that is reliable up to a point My sense is that with RingCon versus the alternative that requires paying a monthly fee for service, is that RingCon is more than good enough to avoid paying a monthly fee. That said with all of the ring based solutions they are best used for everything except exercise. For that you really want something that fits as a band on your wrist to obtain accurate exercise data.But if you are looking for sleep data then RingCon certainly works very good for this purpose.
