It does the job but not well. I purchased this from the Amazon Warehouse for half the regular price so, I feel I got good piece of luggage for the money. If I had paid full price I would be upset.The bad:It will not stand on its end unless it is FULLY packed so the shape retains rigidity.The bottom end (when it is standing) has no reinforcement to retain its shape or prevent damage from sliding/skidding on the ground. Great Product & Samsonite This was exactly what we were looking for. My wife and I carry on a duffle bag in which we keep our flight essentials. Snacks, headphones, magazines, etc. We check our baggage to avoid the on board drama of carry-on luggage.
