From an Ex-Apple User: I switched over from iPhone after about 8 years, and I adore this phone. The transfer from each software was super easy, they have a whole setup for it. The size is perfect, it isn't too bulky at all, the camera and graphics quality are a huge upgrade, and the battery lasts all day.

Seller claims it's "Unlocked" but it's incompatible with travel ESIMS Sold as unlocked but is incompatible with ESIMs for travel--good luck if you think you've got an UNLOCKED phone and happen to go to any other country. The seller will not help, it's simply not their problem. Verizon can't help, it's up to the buyer to pay for some other workaround. Sucks to land in an international airport and your gear simply won't work because it's been inaccurately advertised; one month of travel later and the return window closed. Questionable phone origin Overall a good phone. However when traveling internationally I tried to get a foreign phone number but ran into significant complications. After a while of trouble shooting it turns out the phone I ordered from here was blacklisted by AT&T and the technician suggested the phone I purchased could have been stolen from the previous owner.
