Really opens up my airways!! I got this specifically because it’s natural with xylitol! I lost my sense of smell 5 years ago. I’ve read that xylitol might be beneficial for regaining my sense of smell. I’ve only been using this for a few months but I’ve gotten subtle whiffs of strong odors like onion and garlic. It’s promising. Also it definitely clears out my sinus passages and I am really sleeping better at night!! Win, win because the price is right!

Excellent product This nasal spray has been working out better than I anticipated. While it’s a pricer option, it does work well and without causing the side effects that are present with most nasal sprays. The sinus congestion has gotten better.
GREAT and truly unique product It's so harmless a newborn babe can be given Xlear 10 times a day w/no problem, yet it really does a great job. The only "active" ingredient is Xylitol, dissolved in distilled water, with some grapefruit extract added. Xylitol is just another of the several forms of sugar, but it's a very SLIPPERY form and by spraying it into your nostrils, it works in tandem with your natural mucous to keep out allergens and germs. Great nasal spray! This is a good nasal spray which consists mainly of xylitol. Which is a good sugar, which feeds good bacteria and starves bad bacteria. It also pulls water to itself. I’ve been using it twice a day for several months and like the way it makes my nose feel moisturized. Without being too runny. I use one squirt in each nostril twice daily and then lay down for 10 to 15 minutes to allow the spray to absorb and do its work. I like that the spray has the dual purpose of helping with my allergies and
