Lightweight and works well! First things first, I have been very impressed with this foil insulation. I had been wanting to insulate my garage for a while but I did not want to commit to anything expensive. I came across this foil and thought it would do the trick. It comes in a giant roll and is very easy to cut. I was able to install it on my garage door with ease using just scissors to cut it and aluminum tape to adhere to my garage door. Versatile item, can be used for more than saunas, would recommend! This roll of barrier foil works great! Although I am not using it for a sauna per se, I wanted to try it out on windows. I live in an apartment that many of the windows face a parking lot. Additionally, the apartment is above a garage so the heat and cold does not hold up too well. After putting this foil on some of the windows, it helped retain the heat this winter. It was very easy to use, and the thickness was thick enough to work with without being too thin.
