These bags are NOT the same quality bags I used before from Wevac! Got the sealer Dec. of 2022, went thru 2 rolls of Wevac 8" wide bags, no problems. Various bags of the food sealed in that time frame has since been opened, cooked and consumed and was great, no freezer burn, no issues. Ran out of bags 2 months ago and re-ordered 3 rolls of Wevac 8" bags....big mistake. Great cooks make big batches, this saves. Our way to buy the bargain size and seal and store in smaller portions. Labeled for future use in our freezer. Perfect storage for left over food sauces or soups (freeze then seal) so one prepped meal divides into four portions allows future easy fast meals. Husband access without assist!
Very thin don't function they way they should !! I don't know how well these will protect my food but we will see, they are much thinner then the brand of Food Saver bags I usually buy. They are large rolls and will not fit in the machine I have so I have to unroll a small amount onto the old cardboard roll and use them that way. Do not buy I have been using these now for several food packaging for freezing, They do not seal!! the machine works fine , these must have small pin holes bacause the do NOT hold the seal!! Never again will I waste
