Price May be a Little High for the Amount Received This is a bottle of concentrated indoor plant food. I like that the NPK ration of 3-1-2 is clearly stated … 3 parts nitrogen, 1 part phosphorous, and 2 parts potassium … making it a good all around fertilizer for my houseplants. The concentrate is easy to use … simply add 1 teaspoon - or 1 bottle cap - to 2 cups of water. Having a cap that doubles as a measuring device is much handier than having to keep a specific set of measuring spoons to use with your plant food! While I haven’t had it long
Very effective plant food! I've tried several fertilizers for my indoor plants over the years, and this plant food has quickly become one of my favorites. After a short time of regular use, I noticed healthier growth, stronger stems, and noticeably greener, more vibrant leaves across several different houseplants. The balanced formula seems to provide exactly what indoor plants need without overwhelming them. I especially like that it contains nutrients that support root development and overall plant health. My pothos, pe
Good Fertilizer, but It Only Makes 6 Gallons This review is for the 8 oz Organic Indoor Plant Food by NitroGene Tech, Balanced 3-1-2 Liquid Fertilizer with Essential Micronutrients . . .I just recently started using this, so it’s too soon to tell how much my plants will benefit from using it. It’s super easy to mix and the cap also acts as a teaspoon measuring cup, which is very handy. But it takes 1 full cap for only 2 cups of water. That’s fine if you only have a few plants. But I have a lot of plants and I mix up my water by the gallon.
Seems to be gentle and good to my violets… This plant food liquid fertilizer is all organic which I appreciate. I have a variety of plants in my sun room including violets and I have used this for a few weeks now with no ill effect. It seems to be working fine on flowering and non flowering plants alike. You only use a teaspoon per 2 cups of water so it can last a long time even though the bottle is small. There is no real odor to the fertilizer and it is the consistency of water. My violets which are sensitive seem to be doing well al
Explosion of growth...very happy plants! Omg my plants have exploded with growth! I started using this as directed with every watering and for the first few weeks I didnt see any noticeable difference but then all of a sudden I noticed my pothos has an incredible amount of new growth so I looked closer at my other plants. The rubber tree propagation that I rooted in water and recently planted up into a clear pot now has so many roots its going to need to be repotted in no time. I couldn't believe how fast that root system developed. My
Organic and No Odor This organic 3-1-2 liquid fertilizer seems like a good all-purpose blended ratio of Nitrogen-Phosphorus-Potassium which apparently most houseplants naturally consume. This is gentle enough to use often and easy to use- just mix with water. I appreciate this NOT smelling rank like others I've used. I've only been using this short time so I can't early attest for long-term benefits But my plants seem a bit little bit healthier and the leaves are more perky. The bottle is a decent size, especiall
Safe, gentle formula that gave my huge houseplant collection a nice little boost I have a massive collection of houseplants, and instead of being cautious and testing this on just one or two, I decided to just risk it all and water almost every single one of them with this fertilizer. I am so glad I did! None of them suffered any shock or died, and they actually seem to be doing fantastic and putting out some really nice, healthy new growth. The fertilizer itself is a distinct green liquid. The bottle directions recommend mixing just a single teaspoon into your watering can,
My houseplants are finally getting a balanced meal (and they're showing off) MWhen this bottle arrived, I read the label twice because the 3-1-2 ratio is not the usual 10-10-10 that I'm used to seeing. The packaging was simple, and the liquid was a pale amber color. My first thought was, either this plant food is going to make my fiddle leaf fig finally happy, or I'm just going to have a very expensive bottle of water. The balanced 3-1-2 formula is specifically designed for indoor plants, which apparently prefer less phosphorus than outdoor plants. I've been using it for
