OK seller!! Fast shipping even tho I got a message saying it would be delayed but then shipped same day? Packaging subpar for a big company like acer for a monitor I expected better protection big part of the screen was exposed in the box none of the parts was bubble wrapped except the sides of the screen. Could have been easily damaged in shipping! I got lucky it wasn't! Acer please do better! Item works great! Doesn't look as good as expected. But it will do. Thanks!

I am happy with the purchase. Good condition, quality and price/value rate. However, I recommend to the seller to change the FedEx. I had 3 package on the same day. All of them was messed up. They tried to deliver all of them to wrong address. Luckily 2 of them requested signature so they couldn't. Because of that the delivery was pushed to the next day. I called the customer service. I think I could have made a better and more useful conversation with my cat.
