Great new camera for a reliable system. A nice upgrade to previous outdoor cameras. The Blink surveillance components work well and are easy to install and provide a dependable outdoor and indoor system. A recent example of camera and system effectiveness I got a alert from a 2:30 AM motion detection that "A cat is walking across the yard." That type of detailed information is available if you pay for the new AI system contract. If not, you still get a video clip and simple alert on your cell phone or tablet.

Great Blink Outdoor Camera System I set up my home security with these Blink Outdoor 4 cameras, and they have worked very well for what I need. The setup was simple, the picture quality is clear, and I like not having to run wires everywhere. The two-way talk, night view, and motion alerts are all useful features, and the included Sync Module makes the system easy to manage. The battery life was also a big reason I chose these. Pretty OK Works okay, but like others - connectivity is a big issue. My smart hub and router are in the same room. My connection to the smart hub is 100% but the wifi signal strength is low/critical. I even upgraded to a more expensive router and it didn't help much. A wifi extender plugged into the exterior wall facing the camera, and having only the Blink stuff on that wifi band fixed the issue mostly. I still have occasional issues. In all honesty, the wifi antenna just needs to be upgraded.Video quali

Changed my mind and returned the Blink Outdoor 4 I have 3 Blink systems at 3 houses utilizing 10 cameras. Two houses are just Mini 2 camera systems (doesn't need a sync module) and one house utilizes a sync module.From my experience, it was very easy to install.
