NOT SEPTIC SAFE I have bought this product twice. While it says it is septic safe, IT IS NOT, at least not in my septic system. The product description says that the paper dissolves. It DOES NOT dissolve. It backs up in the pipes and prevents water flow in the septic pipes. I have had to flush my pipes using the bathtub to push the toilet paper through. Then it congregates into balls of paper, undissolved at the end of the pipe going into the septic system, forcing me to help pull the balled toilet paper

One has to really price shop and pay attention to - roll count, - paper size, - 2-ply, number of sheets (so length of roll, even weight of it as way to determine some "tricky" -ness in this kind of purchase).So, in that regard, this brand is, seems fairly consistent in fully stating what it is, as I comment, count, size, ply, number of sheets. I otherwise no *that careful you'll get other than w
(Update -- manufacturing defect) Good 2-ply TP that dissolves in septic tank but not in your hand UPDATED after 7 days -- The box we received appears to have a manufacturing defect and most of the rolls are not "fused" between the two plies. Still usable but really annoying. Original review: Been using for years. Budget friendly 2-ply tissue that is the perfect balance between sturdy, soft, and absorbent. There are some cosmetic differences between orders and between rolls. Dissolves completely in septic system but not in hand -- two person home and avg 8-10 years between septic pump out
