Great customer service! The tool was Brand New like it was advertised. Since the item was older stock, the battery did not hold a charge. The seller contacted the manufacturer for me and had them send me a brand new battery. I paid 40 percent less than retail, and they helped me get a new battery. Best customer service.
Overall, I'm satisfied. Vendor was a little slow responding, but handled a problem with a two part shipment. I would have preferred that the second half of my order be shipped, but this is not always possible, and a refund was acceptable. The Donut Shop coffee tastes great, and arrived in good condition, and well before expiration date. Coffee is getting steep these days and it cost more to get my freshpacks, but it is stilla good value to buy from this vendor. Would do business again.

I consider Dial soap good. Came as shown in the description. Good value compared to other brands. Well packaged. Very good customer service. This product is not as strongly scented as what I'm used to. They got right back to me about the rather weak scent. They stated that is the way it was supposed to be, very gentle. I figure it's a less expensive way to refill our hand soap containers.

In the past 18 years purchasing items I have never had this seller go above an item that I purchased from them. The item was purchased on a Tuesday (in the afternoon) with a item that had to be sent thru truck because of the size and weight of the unit. Today is Friday in the afternoon, and live off and away from the large area and in the country.
