The mixer was exactly as described and was absolutely like new. There was no outer box, so I a bit concerned when I saw holes and damage on the box. However, when I opened it there was zero damage evident. The shipping time and communication from Kitchenaid weren't as good as expected and it took just over a week to get a tracking number, but overall I'm satisfied with the condition and price.
This gorgeous red machine is bigger and heavier than I expected, which means it will be very stable when in use. I can't wait to use it to make pastries and sausages! The packaging was perfect, the delivery was fast, and the Christmas gift arrived right on time. Thank you!

We received the wrong color but the company took care of the issue and we had the correct color mixer in our kitchen within a week...Response to messages was a bit slow and we had to pester them a bit to get tracking info, but that is to be expected with a large company like KitchenAid. The main point is they handled the situation fast and professionally. The mixer is amazing and came with 5 attachments and the bowl cover and was basically new for the price of refurbished. Thank you!

I’m thrilled with my new mixer. You’d never know it was refurbished- it looks brand new. Within 1/2 hour of unboxing I made bread. This mixer made the process a breeze. It also came with so many attachments- that was a pleasant surprise. It looks great in my kitchen. As always, KitchenAid makes a great product!

Refurbished RKSM70 empire red mixer, $279. Perfect condition, it doesn't appear to be used. It came with plain, pastry and double flex edge beaters, spiral dough hook, 11 wire whip, and plastic shield. Used 5-10 times kneading 600g bread dough and no problems. Info for 2 year warranty was emailed after sale and before unit arrived. Shipped quickly in brown KA box with original styrofoam packing. Good communication. Very happy, thanks!
