Quite useful, despite some quirks I bought the Oura 4 primarily to analyze my sleep, but I have ended up wearing it all day. I have an apple watch ultra that is fine for daytime activities. I thought the Oura would be better for analyzing sleep because it has the SpO2 sensors for oxygenation, and the battery lasts much longer after a charge than the apple watch.
