Easy to use, high quality This is a great deal. I have needed a vacuum sealer for awhile. I finally did the research and got this one. It is incredibly easy to use, my 7 year old can operate it. It is very high quality, and the rolls of bags it come with are customizable. I was even able to seal two racks of ribs.
Great customer service! The machine works really well. I’ve had it almost 4 years now and one of the settings stopped working. I contacted customer support and Joyce was extremely helpful. We troubleshooted but not much luck with that. I was still in the generous warranty period so Potane sent me a new machine without any fuss.I highly recommend their products because of the quality and also because the company stands behind them.
Works well with all types of food items Great product. I've only used this for a few days, but the vacuum settings are excellent. I am able to do delicate food without crushing the item. I will update my review after a few months of use. Customer service response was exceptional when I thought I was missing an item.
