Not totally hopeless, it’s a good starter for a lemon garlic cream sauce. You get what you pay for. It’s fine if you’re in need of a creamy base for something like a creamy sauce for a salmon with peas pasta. Add some roasted garlic and lemon juice/ & zest on top. Parmesan is a must! This has a very flat flavor.
