No electricity needed for a great view Amazing camera with a wide angle view. It allows us to monitor our entire backyard which is about 1/2 an acre. We added the solar panel since the location does not have electric access. Works great.
Great camera This is super easy to setup and install. It's weather resistant, very adjustable and has multiple features., The motion detection is great, it detects anything in the selected zone it alerts you giving a great sense of security. Would recommend.
Way better than similar cameras - eats batteries Really like the wider angle, clearer view and truer night vision of this camera over my other Ring Stick Up Cams. Has a new mount and the holes don't match the old ones but they could have and the mount has a drop out to let it clear a post a little further I guess, but while the drop out piece is really stiff to move in the mount, once out it won't hold the camera up. You can tighten it, but then you can adjust until you loosen, so a 3rd party mount is needed if you need to clear an obstacle.
Great camera, and even better quality than I expected. We bought this to use for our custom build bird house, and I couldn't have asked for a better camera. There's not a single bird nor chipmunk we miss with this camera, and it all looks absolutely amazing. The video quality is super high quality for a security camera, being able to live stream, or just watch the high quality recorded videos is nice. Amazing Clarity My home is wired with fiber optic, internet speeds are most likely over kill, then I got 4 of the Ring Outdoor Cam Plus, the clarity of live stream on my phones is amazing, every detail of my home is visible, the night time live stream is just as amazing as the daytime live feed. Good cameras, good price Good quality, does everything I expected. The battery charge length is good. The video sound quality is acceptable. The ring camera app has a lot of features to it that I will never use but it's fairly easy to navigate through. I am happy with this purchase and would recommend to others.
Great Camera I have had this only a few hours. I am very impressed with the ease of set up and the clarity of the view (day or night). The second thing that caught me off guard was when I was installing the camera was I got a message through ring that someone hand their hands on the camera. I researched that and it is a anti theft feature. This is my second ring camera, first one is a Ring Doorbell install in 05/2021. Never a problem with the doorbell in 5 years.
