Delivered as pictured but came seemingly used Mine was just delivered a few minutes ago but already came with some marks, scratches, and some noticeable warping in the front (the back is flat so it’s as if it was stuffed and the front warped). it’s as if it was someone’s return, they put the tags back on, and re shipped it out as is. I’m a bit sad because otherwise it looks exactly as pictured and is beyond cute. For some reason it won’t let me upload the video of the noticeable warping, but on top of it being visible, you can also push on

She was so happy to get this for her 9th birthday. Didn't use the lock as some reviews say it was getting stuck so we just didn't try it, but she isn't flying. It's just for a road trip.

3 years old and still going strong This is 3 years old and still going strong! It has a few minor scuffs but other than that this suitcase has held up incredibly well! The hard shell is extremely tough. The zippers works great and you can fit so much in this small, carry on size suitcase. The 360 spinner wheels are a must when going through a busy airport, too! This is an adorable, fun option for a kids suitcase!
