Second phone i bought from the Seller. First one came Locked to AT&T with a fee to unlock, second phone was locked to AT&T with a balance to pay off. Neither was unlocked as the phones were sold as. Stupid from me to think they actually want to make things right
I've bought phones in "very good" condition from this company many times, and I know it's not perfect or excellent, but they sent me phones that were very damaged, with screens that had deep scratches. These phones are closer to "good," and they're not cheap; on the contrary, they're more expensive. I'll look for a new supplier because only one of the phones I've bought is even close to "very good."
Seller sent an AT&T locked phone when I ordered an unlocked phone. Took three days to unlock it. I contacted the seller first and they sent me instructions basically blaming my SIM card, so I had to go to an AT&T online portal to unlock it, which took about 48 hours. The phone itself is in better-than-advertised condition, but since it wasn't sold as an unlocked phone, I get to look at AT&T's logo every time it starts. Annoying experience.
Phone is great so far. Have had no problem, and the set up phone carrier was easy.
I was a little worried about the AT&T splash screen when I powered it up but I guess that's normal goes away, and it works great. Great condition. Very quick delivery but they should quit using fedex. This is the third out of six fedex deliveries that had issues. Fedex drivers appear to think getting the delivery somewhere in the vicinity is close enough, or even the same neighborhood. Good thing I was paying attention.
I ordered the Galaxy S24 Ultra device from this seller in the color Yellow. The quality was EXCELLENT even though what I ordered was "very Good" condition! I am sooooo impressed with the quality of the device. The overall quality of the device is amazing and I couldn't be more happy.
