Well worth the money, an absolute game changer I have had this brace for a year and it takes me from walking with a cane to walking like a normal person. I have spinal stenosis, spinal osteoarthritis and bone spurs. It's sturdy, it's thick, great stretchiness and it stays in place. It is a bit bulky but I think it has to be to give the support needed. Not very wide. Good for smaller area. Very sturdy and good support. Just not as wide as it looks in the picture. I measured and it’s 11 inches wide in the front causing a wasp waist effect. Velcro is amazing not so soft but I think it will soften with time. Good for my back, not so much for my flank hernia. It just doesn’t support as much of my back as I’d like. I wore it for 2 hours and had to switch back to my “old reliable.” Then I ordered another “old reliable.” I may keep this one as an emergency backup.

Fits great just make sure you order the right size look at the chart. Not very bulky at all can definitely wear underneath a shirt or jacket and it not be noticeable.
