barstool Love the stools;
Design and packaging need improvement. CONS:1) This stool comes haphazardly packed, meaning there is a high chance that it will be scratched during shipping. Mine has several easily noticeable scratches.2) There is nothing connecting the base or the support except gravity, meaning if you lift by the top then the bottom parts will fall out on your toes.3) It's kinda sturdy, but there's a little more give than I'm comfortable with while sitting on it. I'm 165 lbs, so if you're heavier then definitely stay away.PROS:1) Fairly easy to as

Really good customer service! My wife and I really like these chairs. Comfy, sturdy, and the pneumatic cylinder for raising/lowering the seat height works well and is very solid.
